Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship within Canada only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Times
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
- Orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Standard Shipping: FREE on orders over $125 CAD

Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional charge (calculated based on location).
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and carrier delays.
- Remote locations may require additional shipping time.
- Shipping methods include a minimum $100 insurance.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipping confirmation.
- If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at info@serenesurrey.ca

- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

- Express shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
Delivery Issues & Delays

Serene Rejuvenation is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping information, reshipping fees may apply.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available from our Surrey, BC location.
- You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 1–2 business days.
- Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- Contact info@serenesurrey.ca with:
- Your order number

Photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
- We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
