Shipping policy

 Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within Canada only.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • For special shipping inquiries, please contact info@serenesurrey.ca

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders over $125 CAD
  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional charge (calculated based on location).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and carrier delays.
  • Remote locations may require additional shipping time.
  • Shipping methods include a minimum $100 insurance. 

 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipping confirmation.
  • If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at info@serenesurrey.ca

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $125 CAD within Canada.
  • Express shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Delivery Issues & Delays

  • Serene Rejuvenation is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping information, reshipping fees may apply.
  • In the case of lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly. For additional support, contact us at info@serenesurrey.ca

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup may be available from our Surrey, BC location.
  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 1–2 business days.
  • Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Contact info@serenesurrey.ca with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging
    • A brief description of the issue
  • We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
